ANNUAL PAY DEAL:
Pre Pay 10 months in advance BEFORE January 15 2013, get the final 2 months FOR FREE. This is based on your January bill (not the April rate increase for lease conversions**) so is 10 x $45 or x $50 depending on your current situation.

If you want to cancel your monthly mode Pay Pal subscription and go ANNUAL just do it. We can issue any credit when cancelling Pay Pal if required.

EARLY BIRD CREDIT: (otherwise for quarterly pay)
PAY any quarterly bill BEFORE the 1st of month due (Due dates are Jan 15, April 15, July 15, Oct 15) and deduct $5 from your payment.

CANCEL ANYTIME for a full refund of any unused monthly balances. We MUST be notified BEFORE the 10th of any month.

SNOWBIRDS:
(FREE parking…here of course, where you are going? no clue!)
Contact us BEFORE the 10th of any month and we can PARK your account for FREE. Service increments are based on 15th of month until following 14th with 5 day advanced notice and in those monthly units. Use that as a guide when service must resume in order to not find yourself returning and then waiting for the 15th to come…

CONVERSION TO LEASED SERVICE:

**WE NO LONGER REQUIRE PURCHASE OF HARDWARE. Internet hardware, including a home wireless router, are included.  Installation is ONLY $100 plus a pre paid monthly or quarterly subscription to start. EQUIPMENT IS NOW OURS, AND MUST BE RETURNED TO CANCEL. Storm damage, lightning, upgrading afterwards is totally at our expense! All new people know this already.

Therefore when we are forced to upgrade a location, we currently do not charge you. We simply convert you to the friendlier “Leased” method. If you did not “pay for” what is NOW on your roof? (ie WE paid the sales tax) You are NOW: $50/mo leasing (which will NOT happen until April 2013) If you did not get a FREE AirMax (pretty black) router inside to go with? We need to get that done! Kirkwood and Yorkwood are two of the zones 100% now upgraded to AirMax gear at our expense.

The GOOD NEWS is to be safe, we are going to give you a $50 credit for the old junk we tossed AND a new $50 valued router…neither of which you will concern yourself with when lightning strikes. If you would rather pay us $100 for new gear and $100 for installing it, we can. If you want your obsolete gear to play with instead of the $50 credit, we can return it instead (big pile here)  I can’t advise it as with the $50 credit that is a $250 difference plus down the road 2 years we might have to UPGRADE you again for another $200 or more (my personal nightmare). Leasing lets me do whatever I think is best (with hardware constantly changing) and you can ignore lightning storms again! We are trying to make $5 cover this new nightmare. We also are shooting for “faster service” in the near term. Win-Win (for you).

As always though PAY by the due date or there is a $5 late fee for paperwork requirements. Laps past the end of a billing month and there is additionally an ugly I agree $20 termination/reconnect fee. TRUST ME I DON’T want that either as late late bills are a paperwork nightmare, we’ve pre paid but are no loan agency, terminating, recofiguring devices, monitoring and rebilling. It is as much as I dare but ironically not enough for the trouble. Tip: Pay Pal subscription or ANNUAL DEALS avoid all this!

If you want an interesting tidbit, historically the early pay credit is almost totally funded by the late fees and termination charges!!! I DON’T BENEFIT by your misfortune of missplacing a bill, instead some other customer who early paid got that FEE as a CREDIT ! Interesting? The ANNUAL DISCOUNT however is all at my expense. I may save some mailings but at $100 off…well stamps and paper are a lot cheaper  only 3 more mailings needed. FREE Upgrades, storms and the Annual Discount offer just  make life more interesting if my year ends in the black or the red. Call me crazy or lazy but again you WIN!
